MSCI World

MSCI World (англ. Morgan Stanley Capital International World) — фондовый индекс, отражающий ситуацию на всемирном фондовом рынке.

Индекс рассчитывается Morgan Stanley Capital International с 31 декабря 1969 года. Провайдером индекса является агентство MSCI Barra, образованное в 2004 году MSCI и Barra.

Уровень индекса служит показателем глобального состояния рынка акций. Он включает ряд ценных бумаг рынков 23 развитых стран. На 2010 г. это: Австралия, Австрия, Бельгия, Великобритания, Германия, Гонконг, Греция, Дания, Израиль, Ирландия, Испания, Италия, Канада, Нидерланды, Новая Зеландия, Норвегия, Португалия, Сингапур, США, Финляндия, Франция, Швейцария, Швеция, Япония[1].
