Биография

Гарольд Эрнест Робинсон родился в 1932 году в городе Сиракьюс, Нью-Йорк^[3].

В 1955 году Робинсон получил степень бакалавра в Университете Огайо, в 1957 году — степень магистра в Университете Теннесси, а в 1960 году — степень доктора философии в Университете Дьюка. Он внёс значительный вклад в ботанику, описав множество видов растений^[4].

Научная деятельность

Гарольд Эрнест Робинсон специализируется на мохообразных, водорослях и на семенных растениях^[1].
