«He Who Laughs Last…» — песня калифорнийской рок-группы AFI. Первый за всю её историю и единственный сингл с их второго студийного альбома Very Proud Of Ya, выпущенный в 1996 году. Выпущен только в качестве видео-сингла.
Видеоклип, первый в видеографии AFI, спродюсирован Дарреном Доуном и Кеном Даурио. В нём Джефф Кресге, Марк Стофолезе и Адам Карсон везут Дэйви Хэвока в багажнике Chevrolet Chevelle, после чего убивают. Во время проигрыша показывается выступление группы.
