Биография

Чарльз Кардэйл Бабингтон родился 23 ноября 1808 года^[2][4].

С 1861 по 1895 год он был профессором ботаники^[2].

Бабингтон занимался интенсивными исследованиями в области естествознания^[2].

Чарльз Кардэйл Бабингтон посетил почти все части Британских островов, а в 1846 году он посетил Исландию^[2].

Чарльз Кардэйл Бабингтон был одним из основателей Энтомологического общества (1833)^[2].
