Russian Roulette (рус. «Русская рулетка») — седьмой студийный альбом группы Accept, вышедший в 1986 году, последний записанный с вокалистом Удо Диркшнайдером перед его уходом из группы и до последующего воссоединения в 1993 году.

Об альбоме

Изначально альбом должен был называться War Games, однако в связи с выходом одноимённого фильма и диска группы Grave Digger название альбома вынуждены были сменить.

Russian Roulette является одним из винилов Accept, выпущенным в России (фирма Santa Records, ATR 30178, 1994 год).

Первоначально песня Heaven Is Hell готовилась к записи с церковным хором.

В припеве официального текста песни Stand Tight содержатся слова And assume the position но они не исполняются.
