«Say It’s Not True» («Скажи, что это неправда» — первый студийный сингл проекта Queen + Paul Rodgers с альбома «The Cosmos Rocks». Написан ударником Queen, Роджером Тэйлором, и каждый член группы спел по одному куплету. Был выпущен 1 декабря 2007 года, в всемирный день борьбы против СПИДа. Песня исполнялась на всех концертах тура Queen + Paul Rodgers World Tour, но тогда Брайан Мэй играл на акустической гитаре, а Роджер Тэйлор пел всю песню. Песню также можно было приобрести, скачав её с официального сайта группы QueenOnline.com. Песня была написана специально для Нельсона Манделы и всех жертв СПИДа.
