Who is Who — серия биографических энциклопедий известных личностей по различным странам.

История

  • 1849 год — в Англии появляется первое издание «Who is Who». На 250 листах энциклопедии описывается жизнь королевской семьи и высшего дворянства.
  • 1951 год — издатель Штефан Забо-Тейлор выходит на рынок с идеей издания для каждой европейской страны своей энциклопедии «Who is Who». Европейская энциклопедия (первоначально — английская) дополняется изданием «Who’s Who in Austria».
  • 1978 год — Хюбнер, Ральф начинает издавать новую энциклопедию на немецком языке. Данное издание становится регулярным.
  • 1989 год — стартует выпуск энциклопедии «Who is Who in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland».
  • 2007 год — стартует выпуск «Who is Who в России» (Россия) и «Who is Who Türkiye» (Tурция).
