Мэ́ри Тофт (также Тофтс; урождённая Де́ньер; англ. Mary Toft[s] [Denyer]; ок. 1701, Годалминг, Суррей, Англия — 1763, там же [?]) — английская крестьянка, в 1726 году вызвавшая крупный общественный скандал, убедив нескольких авторитетных врачей в своей способности рожать кроликов.
По словам Тофт, ранее в том же году, работая беременной в поле и погнавшись за диким кроликом, она произвела выкидыш, вскоре после чего из неё стали выходить «разные части животных». К изучению дела был привлечён местный акушер Джон Говард (англ. John Howard), извлёкший из утробы Тофт фрагменты тел кролика, кошки и угря. Говард уведомил о случившемся нескольких других известных медиков. Заинтересовавшийся необычным случаем придворный хирург Георга I Натаниел Сент-Андре[ru] пришёл к заключению, что Тофт говорит правду. Присланный Георгом I хирург Сириэйкес Элерс (англ. Cyriacus Ahlers), напротив, занял в отношении казуса Тофт скептическую позицию. Сама Тофт была доставлена в Лондон, где подверглась тщательному медицинскому осмотру. Находясь под постоянным наблюдением, Тофт, более не рожавшая кроликов, в конце концов созналась в обмане, после чего была заключена в тюрьму за мошенничество, затем освобождена без залога и отправлена домой.
Последовавшее за разоблачением Тофт публичное осмеяние стоило карьеры нескольким известным хирургам. История Тофт стала предметом многочисленных памфлетов и карикатур — в частности, за авторством британского художника-сатирика Уильяма Хогарта, неоднократно высмеивавшего чрезмерную доверчивость врачей.
