It appears to be based upon Capcom's Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers video games for the Nintendo Entertainment System, sharing its gameplay mechanics and title characters. Despite animation issues, this game is considered to be of near-professional quality.[2] Parts of this game were eventually used in the unauthorised version of Super Mario World; which is assumed to be produced by the same Taiwanese developing company.
