Workplace as a service (WaaS) — это предоставление рабочего места как услуги, частный случай Infrastructure as a service.

WaaS присущи те же особенности и характеристики Infrastructure as a service.

Цель WaaS — снижение затрат на эксплуатацию рабочих станций пользователей, путем их размещения в виртуализированной среде централизованной инфраструктуры.
