Device Fault Manager (Обработчик отказов устройств) - приложение для контроля за отказами, поставляемое в комплекте с CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (решение Complete Network Management, выполняющее FCPS для модели FCAPS).

Программа осуществляет отслеживание ошибок развернутых элементов сети и отсылает уведомление при возникновении отказов.

Мониторинг осуществляется в режиме реального времени, так что действия по устранению проблем могут быть предприняты на самом раннем этапе.

Основными версиями программы являются выпуски DFM 2.0, DFM 2.6 и DFM 3.0, причем DFM 3.0 является на данный момент актуальной (т.е. самой последней) версией, входящей в пакет LMS 3.0, который в свою очередь и представлен на рынке на данный момент.
