1) быстро успокаиваемый, легко успокаивающийся, смягчающийся, отходчивый (animus C)
quo quisque est major, magis est p. irae O — чем выше человек, тем менее он неумолим в гневе
2) (тж. p. ad preces L) движимый мольбами, милосердный (ara Dianae V)
3) успокаивающий, успокоительный, примиряющий (sacrificium Lact)
placabilius est Ter — это лучшее средство успокоить (их)
