а) щедро одарённый от природы, даровитый, талантливый, изобретательный, остроумный (homo i. et sollers C)
i. ad causas O — мастер придумывать причины

2) пригодный, годный, удобный (ager i. ad segĕtes O)
terra ingeniosa colenti O — плодородная почва
3) замысловатый (res O)
