人名。 （西元540～609） 字玄卿， 南北朝隋河东汾阴人 （今山西省荣河县东北） 。 专精好学， 诗文为时所重， 历仕北齐、 北周， 入隋， 为内史侍郎， 颇有才名。 后因论时政， 为炀帝所忌杀， 天下称冤。 着有文集七十卷。
