Book of С. Р. — церковная книга англиканской церкви, содержащая в себе последование литургии и молитвы при др. требах, была составлена комитетом, под председательством Кранмера (см.), и в 1549 г. получила силу закона. В этой первой редакции Book of С. Р. еще довольно строго придерживался римской литургии, вследствие чего, с дальнейшими успехами реформационных идей в Англии, оказался необходимым пересмотр его, состоявшийся в 1552 г. При Елизавете Book of С. Р. вновь признан был парламентом в 1559 г., причем изменены были некоторые отдельные места, вызывавшие особенно ожесточенные нападки католиков. При Иакове I столкновение с пуританами вызвало необходимость в новом пересмотре литургии. Созванная с этой целью конференция не пришла к соглашению, после чего король собственной властью произвел изменения (1604). При Карле II вновь приступлено было к пересмотру Book of С. Р. Последняя редакция, утвержденная парламентом в 1662 г., с некоторыми поправками, внесенными в 1872 г., поныне действует в англиканской церкви. Епископальная церковь в Америке имеет свое издание С. Р. Book, которое несколько отступает от английского.
