Backstreet Boys в клипе на песню «Drowning»

Режиссёром клипа стал Пол Бойд. В клипе ребята находятся в старом здании, отдаленно напоминающем церковь, и в окружении монументов. В некоторых эпизодах видео участники группы становятся тёмными силуэтами на ярком фоне.

"Мокрая" версия

Эта версия клипа снята перед официальной. Концепция напоминает клип на сингл «Quit Playin' Games (With My Heart)». После событий 11 сентября видео было решено переснять.
