CTI

CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) — компьютерная телефония, технология, позволяющая объединить передачу речи с передачей цифровых данных, а также обеспечить отслеживание вызовов и управление ими по любому сценарию (голос, е-мейл, веб-интерфейс, факс и т.д.). КТ используется, в частности, при создании центров телефонного обслуживания.
