The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. (МакГроу-Хилл, NYSE: MHP) — американский медиахолдинг. Занимается издательской деятельностью, телевещанием, оказанием финансовых и бизнес-услуг.

В 1888 году Джеймс Мак-Гроу покупает Американский журнал железнодорожных устройств. В 1899 основывает компанию The McGraw Publishing Company. Джон Хилл также покупает некоторые технические и коммерческие журналы и формирует в 1902 году свой бизнес — издательскую компанию The Hill Publishing Company. Они объединяют свои компании в 1917 году.
