LD50 (англ. lethal dose, 50%) — средняя смертельная (летальная) доза токсического вещества, необходимая для того, чтобы погибла половина членов испытуемой популяции. Один из наиболее широко применяемых показателей опасности ядовитых и умеренно-токсичных веществ.

Обычно указывается в единицах веса вещества на единицу веса испытуемого субъекта. Предполагается, что исследуемый объект находится в типичном состоянии, в нормальных условиях, без приёма каких-либо антидотов и других специальных мер предосторожности.
