Strategy First — канадская компания из города Монреаль, издатель компьютерных игр. Основана в 1990 году. Постоянно сотрудничала с Valve Corporation.

В 2004—2005 годах компания пережила кризис, несколько разработчиков предъявляли ей претензии за невыполнение условий контракта. Strategy First была объявлена банкротом в 2005 году, и приобретена Silverstar Holdings за 1,5 миллиона долларов.
