На тридцать девятом этаже располагается сад, его польза — впитывание дождевой воды. Также, вся вода, которая стекает с кондиционеров, будет использоваться для поливов растений. Потолки 10-футовые, позвояют большему проникновению солнечного света, что сокращает использование электрических ламп. У здание располагается парковка, также до небоскрёба можно доехать на скоростном трамвае.
