Сувин, Дарко

Да́рко Ро́нальд Су́вин (англ. Darko Ronald Suvin, 19 июля 1930(19300719), Загреб) — канадский литературный критик хорватского происхождения, писатель и поэт. Окончил университет Загреба, с 1968 г. живёт в Канаде. Эмеритальный профессор английской литературы Университета МакГилла (Монреаль)^[1]. Наиболее известен рядом работ, анализирующих научную фантастику, в том числе и советскую. После выхода в отставку в 1999 году, проживает в Лукке. Член Королевского общества Канады (Академии социальных и гуманитарных наук).
