Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (яп. 大塚製薬株式会社 О:цука сэйаку кабусики-гайся?), сокращ. OPC — японская фармацевтическая компания, основанная 10 августа 1964 года. Число её сотрудников превышает 20 тыс. человек по всему миру. Офисы Otsuka расположены в городах Токио, Осака и Наруто. Компания производит, импортирует и экспортирует различные препараты, медицинское оборудование, косметику, продукты питания, проводит клинические испытания лекарств.[1] Известна благодаря выпуску нутрицевтиков, а также популярному безалкогольному напитку для спортсменов Pocari Sweat и энергетическому напитку Oronamin C.

Занимается распространением препарата «Абилифай» (Арипипразол), применяемого для лечения шизофрении и при биполярном расстройстве. Суммарные продажи препарата за 2007 год составили 2 млрд $. По данным на 2010 год, Otsuka является второй по объему продаж японской фармацевтической компанией после Takeda Pharmaceutical.[2]
