Helmet — американская рок-группа, играющая в стиле альтернативный метал. Образована в Нью-Йорке в 1989 году вокалистом и гитаристом Пейджем Хамильтоном.

Helmet выпустили 7 студийных альбомов и 2 альбома-сборника. Группа стала успешной после выпуска альбома Meantime в 1992 году. Выпустив четыре альбома, Helmet распались в 1998 году, но воссоединились в 2004 году.
