Delivered At Point

DAP - Базис поставки DAP - «Delivered At Point» («Поставка в пункте» указанное название места назначения) означает, что продавец выполнил свое обязательство по поставке, когда он предоставил покупателю товар, готовый к разгрузке с транспортного средства, прибывшего в согласованное место назначения.

Базис поставки Инкотермс DAP возлагает на продавца обязанность по экспортной таможенной очистке товара. Термин DAP может применяться при перевозке товара любым видом транспорта, включая смешенные перевозки.
