Главный интерес журнал проявляет к публикациям касающихся внутривидовых поведенческих взаимодействий, с особым вниманием к социальному поведению; также рассматриваются межвидовые поведенческие механизмы, включая конкуренцию и борьбу за ресурсы, мутуализм, отношения хищник-жертва, и паразимизм; поведенческая экофизиология; ориентация в пространстве и времени.
