This Is a Standoff - канадская группа играющая Мелодичный хардкор и Панк-рок.

История

После распада группы Belvedere гитарист и автор песен Steve Rawles и барабанщик Graham Chuchill решили создать новый проект. Пригласив Jonh Meloche из группы Forty Cent Fix, они собрались в Калгари, провинция Альберта, чтобы начать писать песни для первого альбома. Вскоре к группе присоединился Corey Tapp, басист группы One Shot Left, однако в 2007 году он покинул группу. Позже к ним присоединился Nick Kouremenos, басист группы The Jonsons.

В 2011 году группа Belvedere объявила о воссоединении. В 2012 году группа This Is A Standoff объявила о распаде.
