The Tubes — американская рок-группа, образовавшаяся в 1973 году в Сан-Франциско, Калифорния, и исполнявшая стилистически разнообразный прото-панк-/хард-рок, в текстах, как правило, пародировавший или высмеивавший средства массовой информации и общество потребления.

Группа, в 1970-х годах считавшаяся частью новой волны (и в 1975 году добившаяся успеха в Британии с синглом «White Punks on Dope» #28)[1], создавала скандальные сценические постановки с элементами бурлеска и квази-эротики, но при этом меняла имидж, представая и в крайне консервативном облике.[2]

Десять альбомов The Tubes (начиная с дебютного, именного) входили в Billboard 200; наивысший результат здесь (#46) имел Remote Control (1979).[3]
