Оптический телескоп Большой бинокулярный телескоп, (англ. The Large Binocular Telescope (LBT)). Координаты: 32°42′05″ с. ш. 109°53′22″ з. д. / 32.701389° с. ш. 109.889444° з. д. (G)

Расположен в США, штат Аризона на горе Грэхэм. Цель проекта LBT стоимостью 120 миллионов долларов США состояла в том, чтобы построить бинокулярный телескоп, состоящий из двух 8.4-метровых зеркал на общем креплении с межосевым расстоянием 14,4 м. Телескоп LBT по своей светосиле эквивалентен телескопу с одним зеркалом диаметром 11,8 м, а его разрешающая способность эквивалентна телескопу с одним зеркалом диаметром 22,8 м. Первый свет этот телескоп увидел 12 октября 2005 года, запечатлев объект NGC 891 в созвездии Андромеды.
