Jus ad rem
"Право к вещи", т. е. право на вещь ( Jus in rem ), ограниченное особым соглашением.
Приближение к системе соглашения автор усматривает еще в создании категории так называемого jus ad rem, особого права "к вещи", возникающего в силу заключения соответствующего обязательственного договора между приобретающим и отчуждающим. (ЖМНП, 1905, апрель.)
Вам нужно только приобрести jus ad rem, т. е. изготовить и представить диссертацию, и тогда факультет получит возможность действовать для представления вам jus in rem. (И. И. Янжул, Воспоминания о пережитом и виденном.)
