Rear Admiral Mark Howard Buzby (born October 6, 1956)[2] is an officer in the United States Navy.[3][4][5] On October 16, 2009 Buzby was appointed the Commander of the Military Sealift Command, replacing RADM Robert D. Reilly Jr.
