General information
The National University of Tucuman (Spanish: Universidad Nacional de Tucuman) is the largest university from Argentina's North and Northwest. It was founded on 25 May 1914 in San Miguel de Tucuman city. It has 13 faculties, 3 museums and the high schools: Gymnasium, Instituto Técnico (Technical Institute), Escuela de Bellas Artes (Fine Arts School), Escuela de Agricultura (School of Agriculture), Escuela y Liceo Vocacional Sarmiento (School and Vocational Liseum Sarmiento), Instituto Superior de Música (Music Superior Institute) and Instituto Técnico de Aguilares.
The admission in its classrooms is not restricted and its education is free.
